Salvage Auction

Government (Tender): These vehicles are sold on behalf of the Government of Alberta. They are not branded as salvage and are typically offered through a tender process.

Salvage Vehicles in this category have been officially branded as salvage and are generally not considered roadworthy in their current condition.

Parts Only Vehicles sold as Parts Only are intended strictly for dismantling. The purchaser acknowledges that the vehicle is not to be repaired, registered, or operated on public roads. Components such as the engine, transmission, body panels, tires, and other parts may be salvaged for reuse or resale.

Private / Consignment: These vehicles are sold on behalf of private individuals or businesses outside of the standard salvage auction process. TNT Salvage is acting as a listing service for the seller.

Accepted payment methods include certified cheque, Visa, MasterCard, debit, or cash.

TNT Salvage does not charge any fees for bidding or purchasing; however, all bids are subject to approval by the insurance company, the Government of Alberta, or the registered owner. A GST charge and a $10 AMVIC fee will be applied to all successful bids.

The minimum bid for any vehicle is $500 CAD.

• All vehicles are sold as-is, with no guarantees or warranties expressed or implied. Listings, descriptions, and photos are provided for reference purposes only. Buyers are strongly encouraged to inspect vehicles carefully prior to bidding.
• All bids are binding. Once awarded, the vehicle is yours with no exceptions.
• All bids are subject to approval by the insurance company, the Government of Alberta, or the registered owner.
• Vehicles must be removed within 5 business days of release or will be sold to another customer.
• The new list date is always posted here. Do not call to ask.
• Vehicles may contain hazardous materials or present unsafe conditions. Customers who enter the yard or inspect vehicles do so at their own risk. TNT Towing & Salvage Disposal is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur.
• The purchaser assumes all responsibility and liability for the vehicle upon purchase. Buyers are advised to contact their local registry office to confirm the most accurate and up-to-date vehicle information prior to purchase.
• As vehicles are sold in compliance with the Alberta Vehicle Seizure and Removal Regulation, the Security holder has relinquished their title, and rightful ownership has transferred to the new owner. However, should the buyer require a lien release, it is their responsibility to seek it from the security holder.
